Strawberry Chia Jam
2 cups strawberries (any berries will work) 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp honey 2-3 tbsp chia seedsIn a small saucepan combine strawberries and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the strawberries begin to break down and become syrupy, about 7-9 minutes. Use the back of a spoon or potato masher to mash the berries. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the honey and chia seeds. Allow jam to set for 5 to 10 minutes.
So easy and so delicious!
